Welcome to the 99 Electrical Estimators, where we are known for delivering leading electrical estimating and takeoff services in the United States. We strive to provide accuracy, reliability, and realistic Division 26 estimates that will allow you to take control of your projects. Please go through the disclaimer before proceeding to use any of our services or information, which tells you about the accuracy of content, limitation of liability, and terms under which the services provided would be delivered.

Accuracy of Information

While 99 Electrical Estimators make every attempt to assure accuracy and contemporary estimates, takeoffs, and related data, we do not guarantee that each and every detail is accurate. Electrical estimating is highly complex with variables including changing material costs, calculations of skilled and unskilled labor, man hour, bill of quantities, bill of materials, construction codes evolving, and changes to projects that are not foreseen by the client. For instance, as California codes change frequently, we are also in an ongoing process of changing our estimates as and when the code changes occur. In states like Florida, which have a lot of variation in the environmental conditions, the prices of materials can become different based on local climate factors like humidity and weather.

Any estimates that are provided should be realized in the context that it was current information, and by the time this was prepared, there may have been changes. We recommend in-country professional consultation to confirm prices and regulations for all investments before committing to any investment. Our general estimates will not always consider particular local conditions and/or project specifics, especially in cities like New York, where there is a wide disparity in construction costs between boroughs and neighborhoods. It is within these variables that clients can be more prepared for any potential overruns and plan accordingly in their budgets and designs.

Limitations of Liability

999 Electrical Estimators shall not be liable for any cost or loss on account of an error or omission in the information provided by our estimating and takeoff services. These services are an introductory estimate based on the project information you give. Hence, in any high-cost area, such as San Francisco, small deviations from our estimates may mean major money differences. However, clients should not base their critical decisions solely on our estimates; they should go further to undertake more due diligence and seek expert advice from the relevant experts.

Since 99 Electrical Estimators cannot accept liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of whatever nature arising from our estimates or services, including losses from income, project delays, or non-compliance. This offers a unique opportunity for the United States, where diverse building codes and market conditions create a dynamic environment for innovative solutions. We always encourage our clients to consult our local estimator or contractor to properly evaluate and control each detail of their project. This is the major reason we always assign them an estimator who works in their local areas and knows its rules and regulations. However, if any certain change occurs in the local rules and regulations, or any instant tax is applied, we will not be responsible for any change that may come suddenly and be impossible to cover at the time of estimation.

Terms of Service

By placing an order for our estimating and takeoff services, you hereby agree to our terms of service with our 99 Electrical Estimators. Our bids shall be construed merely as an initial evaluation of the project and followed not conclusively as the actual costs. For example, construction hubs like Chicago usually have fluctuating project scopes and costs; hence, detailed project planning together with consultation of experts locally would be necessary to couple our estimate. We reserve the right to change the terms and services at our sole discretion at any time, and it is your duty to keep yourself updated with the same.

Our services shall be used for assistance in the preliminary stages of project planning, and they do not encompass project management and compliance services that will be required for the successful completion of the projects. In locations such as Washington, D.C., where a great deal of emphasis is placed on code and regulatory requirements, clients should be careful to attain and comply with all local codes and standards, in addition to using our estimates. BY PROCEEDING TO USE OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY CONSENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND FULLY ACCEPTED OUR TERMS AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS FOR RELYING ON OUR ESTIMATES.
